These are the marks of our certifications that you'll see on our products, and what each one means.
Ecocert attestation
ECOCERT S.A.S. is an international certification body specialising in organic farming.
Under Regulations (EU) 2018/848 and 2021/1165, ECOCERT checks and certifies that inputs meet the requirements European law sets for their use in organic farming.
This certification confirms that the products assessed meet the criteria required to be part of organic production systems.
Soil Association Organic certification
The Soil Association is a British body specialising in certifying organic products and practices. Founded in 1946, its certifications cover sectors such as food, farming, forestry, textiles and beauty products.
The Soil Association Approved mark confirms that the products assessed meet the organisation's criteria for organic production and integrity.
Control Union certification: Organic EU Input
Control Union is an international organisation specialising in the inspection and certification of products and processes related to organic production.
Its Organic EU Input certification confirms that the inputs assessed meet the requirements European law sets for their use in organic production.
Control Union certification: National Organic Program (NOP) Input
Control Union Certifications (CU) has inspected the Biobizz products that carry this certification and verified that they meet the standards of the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Organic Program (NOP).
This certification recognises these products as inputs suitable for use on organic farms under the requirements set by the NOP.
OMRI certification: Organic Materials Review Institute
OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) is an independent organisation specialising in reviewing inputs intended for organic production.
Its Board of Directors represents different sectors of the organic industry, including consultants, farmers, suppliers, processors, retailers and organisations working to protect consumers, animals and the environment.
OMRI Listed certification identifies products that have been reviewed and approved for use in certain organic production systems.

Clean Green certification
Clean Green Certified incorporates aspects of the requirements set by the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Organic Program (NOP).
Its certification includes specific processing and handling standards, which confirm Biobizz's ability to keep products intended for organic production separate from those grown or treated with pesticides and synthetic substances.
EnvirOganic certification
Envirocann is a certification programme that promotes production practices that are more responsible towards the environment.
Its certification recognises compliance with certain environmental standards at state and local level, and the use of the environmental management practices the programme requires.
The EnvirOganic mark identifies products made with inputs of organic origin, giving extra recognition to products that apply organic production criteria and environmental responsibility.
Packaging and producer responsibility
Point Vert
The Point Vert (Green Dot) symbol shows that Biobizz takes part in a packaging recovery and management scheme, helping to fund the systems that collect and recover packaging.
The mark originated in Germany in the early 1990s and is used in several European countries within extended producer responsibility schemes.
It is important to note that Point Vert is not a product certification and does not mean that the packaging is recyclable.
